ANDRÉA SIMMONS ESQ., LL.M
CEO/MANAGING ATTORNEY

Attorney Andréa Simmons obtained her Bachelors of Art in English from the University of Utah. While raising four children with a spouse working overseas, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
​
She received her Masters of Law (LL.M) in International Business Law from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE).
​
She is currently the Chair of the Las Vegas National Bar Association Foundation and former board member of Nevada Prep Charter School.
​
During law school, she gained a passion for Intellectual Property (IP) Law. In law school she worked as a Certified Limited Practitioner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the Trademark Center at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. There she assisted local small business owners in obtaining protection of their intellectual property rights through trademark certification. She was also President of the Entertainment Law Society.

She wrote her Masters Thesis on "Concerns facing the Global Intellectual Property of Copyrights in the Digital Age".

Andréa has several years of legal experience. She has experience prosecuting trademarks, as well as responding to office actions (OA). She also has several years of experience in Copyright prosecution where she has helped artists of various forms protect their creations.
​
She understands that branding is key to the development of an artist and small business, therefore she is dedicated to helping to build and protect that brand.
​
Andréa has been admitted to the New York, Texas & Utah State and Federal Bar, with applications for admission to be filed in other states.
​
She is passionate about educating individuals regarding protecting the intellectual property rights and all aspects of their business.
She wants to protect your IP rights both domestically and internationally.
